Yoga Nidra is a practice that helps to turn on the body’s relaxation response. This restful style of yoga can help slow breathing, reduce blood pressure, and produce feelings of calm and well-being. This series with Brigid meets Thursdays at 7PM via Zoom. This is a free yoga class
