About the Series:

Curious about meditation? Join us each Monday in June to learn how you can experience the benefits of mindfulness meditation in your life. Each week, we’ll explore different mindfulness tools, such as: mindful breathing, awareness of the body & emotions, and gratitude, and join in a guided meditation practice. There will also be some discussion on how we can use these tools in everyday life to experience less stress, more joy and greater peace of mind. A Zoom link will be sent in the confirmation email.
