Session Information:
Invite relaxation, build strength & increase flexibility by connecting basic postures, breath, and thoughtful movement. This virtual yoga class series, led by longtime YWCA York instructor, Jane, will be suitable for beginners or those with experience. This is a free yoga series. Donations are optional if you would like to support our mission. A Zoom link will be sent in the registration confirmation email. This is the link for all sessions.
