Winter Yoga Classes Start January 2!

YWCA York’s winter yoga classes start January 2nd and run till March 2nd. You can view our full class offerings by clicking here!

Yoga increases balance, strength and flexibility, while managing pain,stress, anxiety and trauma. Our certified instructors create a safe, accepting environment for all levels. Private sessions available (additional fee).

Classes we offer:

  • Chair Yoga: Develop a strong foundation, build strength and flexibility, and learn mindful breathing and movement from a chair.
  • Gentle Yoga: Build strength and flexibility in an accepting environment by connecting basic postures, breath and thoughtful movement.
  • Yoga: A series of seated, standing, and balancing poses for all levels to increase flexibility and strength. Modifications provided.

Unlimited aquatics and yoga classes for just $31 a month. New classes being added each session Monthly Electronic Fund Transfer available for easy payment process.
