YWorks Fitness Center

Personal attention is yours at YWORKS. Our professional, caring staff will provide you with personal fitness evaluations, basic nutrition information, goal planning, and programs designed just for you. The YWORKS Fitness Center is co-ed and includes a weight room, cardio-room, exercise classrooms, and Pilates studio.

Fall Fitness Schedule

We offer a wide variety of group fitness classes, including Abs Plus, Cardio Mix, Indoor Cycling, Pilates, and Yoga.  Check out the  Fall Fitness Schedule for class schedules and program descriptions.  Fall classes begin September 2nd.

  • 5:30 am - 8:00 pm Monday - Thursday
  • 5:30 am - 8:00 pm Friday
  • 8:00 am - Noon Saturday
  • Closed Sunday

 Group Core is available on Saturdays!

This 30 minute class will give you a strong core, from your shoulders, to your hips, and will improve your athletic performance, help prevent back pain, and give you ripped abs!  Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, plates, a towel, and a platform -- all to challenge you like never before.  Group Core is offered:

Mondays:  12:15pm - 12:45pm                                                                                                                          

Tuesdays:  5:30pm - 6:00pm

Thursdays:  12:15pm - 12:45pm and 5:30pm - 6:00pm

Saturdays:  10:00am - 10:30am
