YWorks Fitness Center

Personal attention is yours at YWORKS. Our professional, caring staff will provide you with personal fitness evaluations, basic nutrition information, goal planning, and programs designed just for you. The YWORKS Fitness Center is co-ed and includes a weight room, cardio-room, exercise classrooms, and Pilates studio.


The YWCA is a provider for the Healthways “Silver Sneakers”, “Forever Fit” programs and the American Specialty Health “Silver & Fit”.  For information or to inquire about eligibility contact Tara Neff at 845-2631 ext 131.

Winter Fitness Schedule

We offer a wide variety of group fitness classes, including Abs Plus, Cardio Mix, Indoor Cycling, Pilates, and Yoga.  Check out the Fitness Schedule for class schedules and program descriptions.  Winter classes begin January 4th.

  • 5:30 am - 9:00 pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • 5:30 am - 8:30 pm Tuesday and Thursday
  • 8:00 am - 1:30 pm Saturday
  • Closed Sunday

 Check out the new Group Fight Class!

This new hour long fitness class builds total body strength while blasting away calories. The class combines the hottest mixed martial arts movements (done at a rapid pace) with new cutting edge moves and thrilling music, making it a great cardio workout!  Group Fight is offered on Tuesday evenings from  6:00pm - 7:00pm.
