Our New Group Core Class begins on January 6th!
This 30 minute class will give you a strong core, from your shoulders, to your hips, and will improve your athletic performance, help prevent back pain, and give you ripped abs! Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, plates, a towel, and a platform -- all to challenge you like never before. Group Core is offered:
Mondays: 12:15pm - 12:45pm
Tuesdays: 5:30pm - 6:00pm
Thursdays: 12:15pm - 12:45pm and 5:30pm - 6:00pm

YWCA York provides American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim classes with instruction to help swimmers of all ages and abilities develop their swimming and water safety skills. Our classes are designed to give students a positive learning experience.
