YWorks Fitness Center
Personal attention is yours at YWORKS. Our professional, caring staff will provide you with personal fitness evaluations, basic nutrition information, goal planning, and programs designed just for you. The YWORKS Fitness Center is reserved for women only and includes a weight room, cardio-room, sauna, and Pilates studio. 
We offer a wide variety of group fitness classes, including Abs Plus, Cardio Mix, Indoor Cycling, Pilates, and Yoga. The weight and cardio room are for females, and our fitness classes are co-ed. - 5:30 am - 8:00 pm Monday - Thursday
- 5:30 am - 7:00 pm Friday
- 8:00 am - 1:00 pm Saturday
- Closed Sunday
