Our Community Renaissance Project, also known as the Elm Street Project, seeks to improve the social, economic, and physical conditions in the Olde Towne East neighborhood, an 18-block neighborhood just east of Downtown York. 
The long-term goal is to improve the quality of life for those living and working in the neighborhood.
