YWCA East Market Street Early Learning Center - YWCA Building

The YWCA's Early Learning Center's location has the capacity to serve 246 children. This center is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). NAEYC helps ensure that all of our children are safe, our teachers are well trained, and our curriculum prepares young children for school. We also are a STAR 4 (highest level) center through Keystone Stars and continue to meet the requirements of this distinction. The YWCA's Manchester location has the capacity to serve 56 children. This center is NAEYC accredited, and this location has been awarded 4 Keystone STARS. Center hours are 6:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. For more information, contact Director Crystal Lam.

The YWCA's South Queen Street location has the capacity to serve 50 children. This location is used as a training site for York County School of Technology students.
